• Standard Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on over 80% of our items, including most products except select fragile items like iMac Glass and iMac Displays. Delivery takes 3-10 days.
• Express Shipping: For those needing their products faster, express shipping is available at an additional cost ranging from ₹200 to ₹900, depending on the product. Delivery for express shipping is estimated between 1-3 days.

Order Processing
For the majority of our products that are in our warehouse, orders are dispatched within 1-3 days, ensuring swift delivery to your doorstep.

Tracking Your Order
Upon shipment, we will provide you with tracking information, so you can follow your order’s journey to you.

Handling of Lost or Damaged Shipments

• Damaged Goods: For premium and fragile products, we advise photographing the unboxing. Claims for damage can only be accepted if the damage is due to courier mishandling and reported immediately upon receipt with evidence.
• Lost Shipments: In the rare event of a lost shipment, contact us for assistance and resolution.

Our aim is to ensure satisfaction with every purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, there are specific conditions for returns.

Return Eligibility

• Returns are product-specific and detailed in the product description section.
• Eligible returns must be initiated within 5 days from the date of delivery.
• Products must be in their original packaging, without wear and tear. Tampered warranty stickers disqualify returns.
• Non-returnable items include ICs, display glass, internal displays, tapes, adhesives, skins, screwdrivers, small parts, and batteries with tampered adhesive, among others listed in each product's description.

Return Shipping

• Defective on Arrival: Sparesonly.in covers return shipping costs.
• Exchanges/Buybacks: Shipping costs for exchanges or buybacks are the responsibility of the customer.
• RMA/Warranty Claims: Return shipping costs for warranty claims are borne by the customer.

Initiating a Return

Refund Process
Refunds are processed to the original method of payment and can take 7-14 days to complete.
