Shipping Information
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery time may vary between 2–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service.
Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If it appears tampered with or damaged, kindly refuse the parcel and report it to support@sparesonly.in within 24 hours.
Return Periods
Laptop Batteries & Chargers: 15 days return window
Laptop Keyboards & Screens: 7 days return window
Laptop Body Parts (LCD cover, palmrest, bottom case, hinges, SSD, RAM, touchpad, cables): Returns accepted only if damaged or incorrect item received.
For Defective or Return Requests:
Laptop Battery / Charger – within 15 days
Laptop Keyboard / Body Case – within 7 days
Laptop Screen / Motherboard – within 48 hours of delivery
Requests made beyond these timelines will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Non-Returnable Electronic Small Parts
Due to their delicate nature, certain components are not eligible for return or refund. These items are highly sensitive and can be damaged by static discharge or improper handling. Once opened or installed, they cannot be verified or resold.
Non-returnable items include: ICs, DC Pins, Display Connectors, Flex Cables, Connector Cables, Battery Connectors, Trackpad Flex Cables, Screws, Rubber Feet, C-Port Connectors, and other small electronic or plastic components.
All such parts are thoroughly tested before shipping. Please confirm model compatibility before ordering.
Return & Pickup Process
If a product arrives damaged or defective, we will arrange a pickup where available.
If pickup service is not available in your area, you may courier the item to our return address.
Return courier charges will be reimbursed only if reported within the return window.
After the return period, only the product value will be refunded—shipping costs will not be covered.
Return Shipping & Refund Process
How can I get the return address?
Once your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) request is approved, the return address will be provided to you through email. You can print the “Return Shipping Authorization” label with the return address and include it inside your package when sending the item back.
Should I provide a tracking number after I return the item?
Yes. It is mandatory to provide the tracking number once you return the product.
Note: SparesOnly will not be responsible for missing returns without a valid tracking number.
Who is responsible for the return shipping cost?

If the issue is from SparesOnly’s side (wrong or defective product), SparesOnly will bear the return shipping fee through a regular postal service with tracking.

If the wrong product is ordered by the customer, the return shipping fee must be paid by the customer.

The customer must send the item first, and after we receive and verify it, a refund or replacement will be processed.
When can I expect my refund after returning the item?
Once your RMA is approved and the returned item is received and inspected, the refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method unless the purchase was made during a sale period, in which case the refund will be credited to your SparesOnly Wallet.
If an item is lost or damaged during shipping
If your item is damaged during shipping, please inform us on the same day you receive the parcel. After 24 hours, we cannot assist further as courier companies must be informed within that time frame.
When reporting damage:

Provide clear photographs of the product, outer packaging, and courier label.

Include the courier tracking number and a brief description of the issue.

If possible, open the parcel in front of the delivery person; if you find it damaged, you can reject the parcel and immediately inform us at support@sparesonly.in.
Once confirmed, we will ship a replacement right away.
Lost or Damaged Item Claims
To report a lost or damaged shipment, contact support@sparesonly.in within 24 hours of delivery. Our customer service team will respond within 1 business day to resolve your issue promptly.
Refund & Replacement
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds or replacements will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, except during sale periods, where refunds are credited to your SparesOnly Wallet. Products must be unused and in original packaging for approval. Swollen batteries or physically damaged items are not covered under warranty.
